Clients typically call me to see if I can help them to move forward with a new project or a situation which has been stuck for a while. I also support our clients with projects that test new approaches to build business with their key customers. I care about people and I also like to help organisations to grow. I believe that if we try hard enough we can find solutions that will benefit all the parties involved.
Jane Fletcher
I bring a customer perspective to the table. I know first hand the power of having a customer mindset. I worked with a leading customer insights company by designing a practical workshop which demonstrated techniques that brought the insights alive. In my early career with Waitrose I met thousands of customers whilst working in stores and then later as a Buyer they were never far from my thoughts as I developed products for them.
